We supply made to measure and standard sized kitchen and bedroom carcasses. All cabinets are manufactured from 18mm high density melamine faced chipboard, edged all round with PVC edging tape.
All are colour co-ordinated on both sides, providing a product which is colour matched inside and out. Our units are supplied rigid (fully assembled) using rigid fix cam and dowel construction.
All base units have adjustable legs. All wall units are fitted with adjustable hanging brackets with wall mounting plates supplied. Colour co-ordinated plinths are available in 2.4m lengths (Minimum).A service gap of 60mm is provided at the back of the base units and a 20mm gap for wall units.
Base units are 570mm deep and wall units 300mm deep. Full gables are available on request.
Blum clip on hinges are supplied as standard and softclose adaptors are optional at an additional cost. All of our units are handed for hinges, so please specify left hand or right handed. Blum Metabox drawer boxes are supplied as standard for kitchens and 18mm mfc colour co-ordinated drawer boxes are supplied for bedrooms.
Blum soft close drawer system are available on request. (Note these are not available for bedroom carcasses)
